We reserve the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice. Every effort is made to ensure products are shown as true to life as possible, however, colours can only be as accurate as the web site, user hardware, and user software allows.
What if an Item is Out of Stock?
If there is a problem with the stock for your order you will be notified and entitled to a full refund. We will make every effort to find you a suitable alternative, should you wish.
All our products are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate.
How to Order
Browse through our online catalogue using the “Brand” or “Category” menus. Alternatively you can use the search facility to have the catalogue display items relevant to the search phrase used.
To find out more information about a particular product – including whether or not that item is in stock, click on the small image (thumbnail image) or text description.
You can add items to your “basket” as you go by clicking “buy”. This will display your basket, containing the item(s) added, and allows you to return to the catalogue (“Continue Shopping”), or to finish shopping and pay (“Go To Checkout”).
You can review your choices at any time, and make any necessary changes by selecting “Basket” at the top of the page.
Finally choose “go to check out” to begin the billing process.
Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the goods you select from the Website. All orders are subject to availability and will not constitute a binding contract of sale until accepted by us. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order.
Method of Payment
You can make your payment by any major Credit or Debit card.
When will you be Charged?
Your card will be debited when you place the order, as is the case with most online stores and, of course, high street stores. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any item you will be entitled to a refund to your card to the value of that item.
Please do not e-mail your card details to us. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way.
The utmost care and consideration is taken to ensure that your card details are secure. This is achieved by encrypting your card number at the time when you place your order. It is imperative that you type in the cardholders name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the statement.
Card fraud is illegal and will lead to prosecution in all cases. Security Checks are used on all transactions to ensure the authenticity. Additional information may be requested 1 – 2 working days after a payment is made to ensure it’s credibility before it is dispatched to the delivery address.
If goods are returned due to being faulty, a full refund, replacement or exchange will be available upon confirmation of the fault, plus the cost of postage and packing (equal to the original postage and packing cost incurred by us, unless proof of postage cost is supplied) and any other costs that have incurred as a direct result of faulty goods being supplied (providing proof is supplied).
All refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase. Please allow 14 days for the refund to credit your account.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason. The 7 days start from when you receive the goods.
